At Kulture, we offer a unique shopping experience that combines convenience with transparent pricing. We donโt add a markup to the product prices you see โ the price you see is the price you pay for the product at the store. Instead, we charge a service fee of 35.5%, which covers the cost of sourcing the product and consolidating it in one location for easy collection or delivery. For example, if a product is priced at R20 in-store, you will pay R20 plus the 35.5% service fee, and that's it. We don't inflate the price; we just provide a service to make shopping easier for you.
Delivery charges are separate and are calculated based on the delivery method chosen. If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so from one of our convenient pick-up points for free, paying only the service fee. If you choose courier delivery, we use the PUDO locker system, a reliable and user-friendly service. PUDO allows you to have your package delivered to a nearby locker for secure and convenient pick-up. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification, and you can easily collect your items from the locker at your convenience.
Please note, processing orders takes 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) to get your items ready for collection or courier delivery. Youโll receive a message when your order is ready to be picked up or shipped.
Because our prices are kept low, we have a no-refund policy. We only offer exchanges, which must be requested within 3 days of the package being ready for collection or 3 days after receiving the courier delivery. If there are any issues with the product, weโll be happy to help with an exchange within this timeframe.
